Subject: The man who sold Bitcoin

My fellow exit-liquidity providers,

The market spent Monday proving that the only consistent strategy is being consistently wrong. Semis are down, oil is confusing, and a man in Milan is shorting an app company called Bending Spoons. Let's get into the trash.

[MSTR/BTC]: Michael Saylor sold another 3,588 Bitcoin for $225 million to fund dividends, a move one user described as truly buying high and selling low. Trump said he's become "a big crypto guy," and Bitcoin bounced back, but the sub thinks Saylor's "HODL" now comes with a very small asterisk.

[NFLX]: Netflix executives can't figure out why top shows lose 30-70% of their audience between seasons 1 and 2, but the sub has the answer: you take 3-5 years between seasons, cancel everything good, and then act confused when people stop caring. The gap between seasons is longer than the gap between my last profitable trade and my next margin call.

[SAMSUNG/MU/DRAM/KOSPI]: The sub expects Samsung earnings to crush, SK Hynix launched a $28 billion US listing, and the KOSPI is up 170% this year driven by two memory stocks that make up half the index. One user put it bluntly: "My livelihood entirely depends on the Koreans," and another yolo'd MU calls because the stock dropped at EOD.

[WULF]: Terrawulf announced a deal with Anthropic expected to generate $19 billion over the life of the lease, and the stock jumped 20% — but one commenter noted the contract value isn't money in the bank, and the real action is the dilution nobody prices on day one. The chart looks like a buttcrack, and that's apparently bullish.

[NVDA]: Bloomberg reported Nvidia's next-gen Kyber server rack system faces a delay to 2028, sending Asian tech stocks sliding, but Nvidia denied it and said the roadmap is intact. The sub is calling it FUD, and one user is already rotating into AMD.

[RIVN]: Rivian shares fell 8% after launching a 75-million-share public offering, even as the company forecast Q2 revenue above estimates. One bagholder said they've been holding since 14.7 and will buy more tomorrow.

[WEN]: Wendy's is getting pumped by Zach Morris on Twitter and the sub is buying the dip. One user has 7,000 shares, another yolo'd $10k in Nov calls, and someone warned about recycled lettuce news — but when has facts ever stopped a WSB momentum play?

[BABA/ANTH]: Alibaba banned its employees from using Anthropic's Claude after accusing the company of a distillation attack, and the sub's take is that Alibaba's Qwen model is now close enough that they don't need it anymore. One user noted that the token black market running through Singapore is basically one giant relay station for China.

[BSP]: Operation Cucchiaio is live: one Italian regard is shorting Bending Spoons at $36, arguing the company buys dead internet brands like Evernote and AOL, fires everyone, and runs dark patterns on the survivors. The options chains aren't out yet, so he's borrowing shares at a crazy rate, which is either genius or the most expensive way to learn a lesson.

The mood is a perfect loop: "we're so fucked" at 9:30, "we're so back" at 10:00, "fake V, we're so fucked" at 10:30. Samsung calls are the only safe play, which means they aren't. See you at the offering.

Stay solvent (somehow),
