My fellow exit-liquidity providers,

The market mood is a beautiful mess: SpaceX is falling faster than a reusable rocket on re-entry, Micron earnings have the subreddit reaching for the popcorn, and Alan Greenspan finally clocked out at 100—just in time to miss the next crisis he helped engineer. Let’s dig in.

[SPCX]: SpaceX stock tumbled 16.4% today, shaving off most IPO gains, and the subreddit has already awarded a "Regard Award" to the hero who bought the tippy-top—someone yeeted their entire 401k into it at $222.58. Meanwhile, a $6.3B computing deal with open-source AI startup Reflection was announced, but the contract can be canceled with 90 days’ notice, which is basically the financial equivalent of a "u up?" text.

[MU]: This week’s earnings are "the real Super Bowl"—one degenerate’s girlfriend bought shares because “it looks like that’s a stock that goes up” and thinks the company is called “Mu.” The consensus is split between “smash and crash” and “beast mode,” but everyone agrees that if you sell before Thursday you’ll miss the 40th extinction event for bears.

[GOOGL]: Alphabet dropped 5% after a second AI star left for a rival, wiping $250B in value for “2 dudes leaving,” as one commenter put it. The subreddit’s thesis: Google already won, this is a buying opportunity, and the AI race is just “poaching each other like Premier League footballers.”

[MSFT]: Poor Microsoft is the new Blockbuster—one regard is down $42k on calls and swears he hates the company because “nobody wants the 8th best LLM bloating their apps.” The brokerage called another user to ask why they’re “buying shit stocks like MSFT,” which is frankly the most honest customer service call ever recorded.

[PRIVATE CREDIT / MATURITY WALL]: A 5,000-upvote manifesto spells out a systemic collapse worse than 2008: $2T+ in shadow-bank loans, synthetic PIKs hiding defaults, and pension funds buying CLOs full of “dog shit wrapped in cat shit.” The subreddit’s takeaway? “So still calls until everything burns? Got it.”

[BofA / RATE HIKES]: BofA now sees no rate cuts until 2028 and expects three 25bp hikes this year, which one autist countered with “BOFA DEEZ CUTS, THIS YEAR.” The Fed has officially stopped giving guidance, so we’re all just guessing based on which way the wind blows from Mar-a-Lago.

[RKLB / ALAB / NASDAQ-100 ADDITIONS]: The Nasdaq-100 added five new companies today, including Rocket Lab (RKLB) and Astera Labs (ALAB)—the latter already called “ASS TITS LABS” and flagged as potentially 70% overvalued. One user remembered LCID joining the index and promptly losing 99%, so this is clearly a blessing.

[INTC]: A degenerate posted an 800% gain on INTC calls after buying two contracts and selling one to cover the cost—free money, if you ignore the part where you have to not sell at a loss for a year. Intel’s price is still climbing, and nobody understands why.

[AMD]: Another OG posted a 14,500% return on shares, bought at around $4, and the subreddit is now debating whether to worship Lisa Su on their knees or just buy more leaps.

[ALAN GREENSPAN]: The architect of “irrational exuberance” finally died at 100, and the subreddit is split between “rest in debt bitch” and “taken too soon from us (he was almost congressman age).” External news notes his legacy was tarnished by the 2008 crisis—fitting, since we’re now staring down a 2027-2029 shadow-banking bomb he helped plant.

In summary: SpaceX is a gravity simulator, Micron is a coin flip, and the next financial crisis is apparently scheduled for 2028, just in time for Greenspan’s headstone to be finished. We at Hindsight Capital remain fully invested in schadenfreude and zero-DTE FOMC positioning.

Stay solvent (somehow),
